El Toro Adult Day Services is a licensed community-based adult day care program providing a variety of health, therapeutic, social, and recreational services to individuals over 18 years of age who have chronic conditions, functional impairment, or cognitive challenges.

If you have a family member who could use our day services to maintain personal independence and social interaction to reduce isolation from the community, we are here to open our doors to you. The primary objectives of the adult day program are to:

• Restore or maintain optimal capacity for self-care for physically or mentally impaired adults

• Delay or prevent unnecessary institutionalization into nursing facilities

• Keep the individual close to family members and living at home for as long as possible

• Maintaining dignity and independence while receiving care for chronic health conditions
